Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions of Scooterprise Mobility Shop.

Following Rules will apply to all the items sold online or a field. Customers that shop at Scooterprice will agree to the following terms and conditions agreement:

  • Customers can purchase items from this website and agree to enter to a contract with Scooterprise while purchasing from this website.
  • Scooterprise will limit corporate liability for information errors or website during downtime.
  • Scooterprise copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use will apply with respect t to all trademark applicable laws.
  • Scooterprice will not tolerate any user behavior such as hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
  • Scooterprise will educate the user will respect to items sold on the website only
  • Scooterprise does not guide any customer with respect to medical or healthcare advise or proper medical application of any medical devices.
  • Scooterprise does not instruct, provides, or recommends any medical device with respect to any third-party billing of any Governmental or private insurance carrier. Furthermore, Scooterprise does not guarantee any reimbursement with respect to any applicable coded items that end user may see as reimbursable item by a third party.
  • Scooterprise does not fulfill any letters of medical necessity or provides any advisory with that respect.
  • End user that seeks a medical devise reimbursement advisory or recommendation are advised to contact their primary care provider for more information.

Return and Refund Policy

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

  • Items may be a subject to a return 3 days after purchase in cases of visible defect or a malfunction.
  • Items that are subject to a return have to be in the original packaging. Condition has to be unused and unworn in the original packaging.  
  • Reason for return has to have the clear statement and reasoning. No RMA (return merchandise authorization) will be issued in cases where the customer states the following (a) item is no longer needed or user past away, or clinical condition changed. (b) clinical condition changed (c) item clinically not prescribed (d) item does not fit the end user (clarification: all the specs are described below the items) Reasons that Scooterprise will consider valid for issuance of an RMA (return merchandise authorization) will include malfunction or a defect. Wrong description RMA will only be issued in cases where end user will have burden of proof in cases of human error where Scooterprice will not ship the correct item to the end user. 
  • Process for return: customer will have to contact Scooterprise by email  with respect to initiation of the RMA. 
  • Process of refund will include provision of the RMA number and shipping details to the customer. Items that are subject to an RMA will have to make their way to Scooterprise warehouse for the inspection. Results of the inspection will be sent to a customer and calculation of the refund amount will be incorporated into the report. After the completion of the report customer will have to agree/disagree to the terms of the refund amount in writing. After the agreement is completed Scooterprise will submit the refund amount to the original method of payment
  • In cases of chargebacks or bank reversals for nonsufficient reasons Scooterprise where no sufficient RMA is issued or refund amount calculation is indispute Scooterprise will pursue the legal action against the customer for the value of the reversal/chargeback and additional legal and convenience fees that the supplier will carry.
